About Us:)
Hi Everyone, I am Senthil.m, Founder and Cinematographer of a Singapore based video production company called T-Eight, we specialize in capturing in super slow motion videos using high speed cameras like the Phantom Flex4K camera.
In this blog, I will like to share my knowledge I have learnt in the past 13 years to guide you through the essentials of shooting a super slow-motion video, from start to finish. And the mistakes to avoid. When I first started I had to figure this out the hard way. Hope this blog prevents you from having sleepless nights like I did when I first started shooting in slow motion with the Phantom Flex 4k. We were the first to get it in Asia and Singapore in 2014. And as nobody had it back then, it was a trial by fire learning experience:)
Slow-motion videos its like icing on the cake, it brings ordinary video moments to the next level of viewer engagement. It has to be used selectively and cannot be overdone. If not it will lose its appeal and audience engagement.
Whether it’s the ripple of a droplet or the intricate movements of a dancer, super slow motion lets us see the beauty we often miss in a blink of an eye. Slow motion makes the Ordinary, Extra-ordinary! That's why I LOVE IT and hope it will inspire you to see the world differently:)!!!
We always welcome to be hired to shoot slow motion videos for you:-)
